  2. YC Mission Statement The mission of York College is to provide a quality liberal arts education, equipping students to lead lives of purpose, leadership, and service consistent with Christian ideals.

  3. FAFSA: Students returning for the fall 2009 semester please have your FAFSA completed by May 31st to help ensure your eligibility of scholarships such as the Taylor Leadership and Heritage. You can fill your FAFSA out at www.fafsa.ed.gov if you have any questions, please contact the financial aid office in Sack Hall.

  4. Nebraska Youth Camp: Nebraska Youth Camp summer staff applications are now avaliable at www.nebraskayouthcamp.com.   Please contact Eric Tremaine if you have any questions.

  5. Assessment Day • All sophomores are REQUIRED to take the CAAP exams on Assessment Day.  You should receive a letter in your mail and through e-mail.  Be at the East Hill fellowship hall by 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, March 10th.  There will be donuts, juice and milk before the exams and pizza for lunch.  The exams should be over by 2:45 p.m.  ALL SOPHOMORES ARE REQUIRED TO TAKE THESE EXAMS!

  6. Book Drive for Literacy Alpha Chi National Honor Society is sponsoring a Book Drive for Literacy March 1-14. All proceeds well benefit Epworth Learning Center. Please stop by the table before or after chapel and donate books for the boys at Epworth or make a monetary donation. Thanks for your support!

  8. Graduation Application Deadline to apply for December 2009 Graduation is Friday, March 6.  Applications are in Academic Affairs, Sack 208.
