Patient has a left-sided hemodialysis catheter and a right-sided transvenous pacemaker. Requested a left upper extremity venogram for vascular access planning. A right upper extremity venogram was also performed. Left cephalic vein is occluded. Left forearm. Paired deep brachial veins.

  6. right cephalic vein is occluded Right upper arm deep brachial vein upper brachial vein ?
