About The “Heirloom Edition” is the most luxurious edition of Wall Scrabble! Designed for those who enjoy the finer things in life, inspired by the memories from our childhood, and Crafted to be a treasured heirloom that you will be proud to pass down to your children and grandchildren. Influenced by the original versions of the word game that were individually handmade by the inventor in the 1930s, we custom-make each heirloom set using old-world craftsmanship and premium materials; we begin by crafting a hardwood cabinet in the stain color of the buyer's choice, then comes the playing board, we originally started with one color version we called vintage gray for its nostalgic look but quickly responded to requests from schools, sports enthusiasts and interior designers asking if we could use there colors and logos, so we expanded our board options to the six shown on the site and still offer custom colors of your choice as an option.
