  1. Approximately one hour prior to exercise, eat an additional amount of calories than you normally would. This does not mean that you should overeat on workout days, but you should eat more than you do on days that you aren't in the gym. Magnum TRT Keep the "big three" in mind and incorporate them in your exercise routine. This trio of exercises includes dead lifts, bench presses and squats. Not only do these exercises add bulk, but they condition your body and improve your strength. You should make sure that your regular workout schedule includes all three of these exercises or at least some variations on them. Magnum TRT Do as many repetitions as you can during your workout sessions. Do fifteen lifts at the minimum with a break of a minute or less in between. You want lactic acids flowing in your muscles, as this promotes muscle growth. Doing this many times during each training session will produce maximum muscle building.
