  2. Giridarshhini was first established as a restaurant in B.R. Hills around 1950, with keeping the tourist in mind. The one and only hotel served nearly 60 yrs , this was yet serving many pilgrimages and tourist who visit famous Ranganatha Swamy Temple, built during Hoysala period. Giridarshini one and only point for coffee/ snacks and news paper hangout for the local people of the town. The hotel has beautiful coffee plantation and next to the hotel which is now has beautiful home stay building started as a tourism attractive place for many wildlife enthusiasts, nature lovers, and people who looks for nature outing and bike riders during weekends and holidays with family.   4. We have 8 beautiful cottages in a single building which has beautiful balcony and open balcony from the room with beautiful slide glass window, which has a plantation look from inside. Two tented cottages inside the plantation which has Swiss tents with attached bathrooms. Our guests will enjoy both tented and cottage accommodation in Block 1 Accommodation at BR Hills
