  2. HOW IT WORKS

  3. A SIMPLE 4-STAGE PROCESS Locate and Open your document Print document Log in to GoPrint Account Pay to Release your document

  4. LET’S GET STARTED

  5. LOG INTO GOPRINT You can log in by clicking on the GoPrintbySOS icon seen here or here

  6. LOG INTO GOPRINT If GoPrint does not Immediately open… …click on the task bar arrow in the bottom right hand corner of your screen

  7. LOG INTO GOPRINT The task bar will open Click on the little icon that says ‘Go’

  9. LOG INTO GOPRINT This is the window that will open so you can log in

  10. LOG INTO GOPRINT Type in your login ID and password

  11. A QUICK LOOK INSIDE YOUR GOPRINT ACCOUNT Click on My Account

  12. MY ACCOUNT Your user ID shows here and here You can enter your email address here You can View your balance here Remember to save your changes Change your password here

  13. OK. READY TO PRINT?

  14. LOCATE, SELECT & OPEN YOUR FILE Find the document you want to print. Lets print this one

  17. PRINT DOCUMENT Verify the number of copies you want to print

  18. PRINT DOCUMENT Verify or change the Printer you want to use here

  19. PRINT DOCUMENT To print in black and White Select LRC Black Printer To print in colour Select LRC Colour Printer

  20. PRINT DOCUMENT Check and select Print All Pages Print Current Page or Print Specific pages

  21. PRINT DOCUMENT Verify every option

  22. PRINT DOCUMENT Click Print

  23. PAY TO RELEASE YOUR DOCUMENT Your document will appear here under Print Jobs Check and Verify the number of pages, the cost and the printer Verify the Document Title matches the one you want to print Your Balance shows here. Make sure there is enough to pay for your print job

  24. PAY TO RELEASE YOUR DOCUMENT Click on the box to select the document you want to pay for and release at the printer. A tick will appear. Click on Pay and Print

  25. PAY TO RELEASE DOCUMENT Your payment amount will be deducted from your balance. The message “Now Printing’ will show at the top Notice the message here also GREAT !!! THIS MEANS YOU MAY COLLECT YOUR DOCUMENTS FROM THE PRINTER NOW

  26. VIEW YOUR ACCOUNT HISTORY You can double check your printing history in the ‘My Account’ tab.

  27. PRINT JOB HISTORY Click on Print Job history to see information on all your past print jobs.

  28. PRINT JOB HISTORY The number of pages Your Document Title The cost Printer used You will see…. Dates and times

  29. TRANSACTION HISTORY You can check your Transaction History too! It will show the details of all your transactions. That includes any top-ups you did and any deductions from your balance

OTHER MATTERS • What is my username and password? • Your username or Log in ID is a combination of your: • First-name initial + Surname + Year of entry • For example: Tyler Jacob in Form 1 will be: • TJacob2014 • For example: Naomi Peter in Form 5 will be: • NPeter2012 • Passwords are set to welcome. CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD UPON FIRST LOG IN!!! • Account top-up – See the LRC/Library supervisor
