Golden Bansi Product Benefits KESARI RAVA HEALTHY DALIYA Durum Wheat Kesari Rawa is made from stone ground bansi wheat and is famous in southern states of India for making a variety of dishes such as kesari bath, kichadi, rawa Pongal & upma. Daliya is a popular breakfast cereal in North India and is made with whole wheat grits or broken wheat. It can be made either as a sweet dalia kheer or as savoury daliya. BROKEN WHEAT This golden-yellow coloured broken wheat – known as DALIYA OR LAPSI is made from whole raw wheat kernels which are crushed or cut into smaller pieces. This wheat reduces cooking time but still preserves the fiber rich bran and wheat layers.
