  2. If for any reason you are not able to run a check out or Virus Scan cannot to fresh or remove the malware, follow these guidelines to reboot your computer in Safe Mode and run a guide check out. Restart your PC in Safe Mode : 1. Press the Windows + R key combination to bring up the Run dialog box. 2. In the blank box, type msconfig 3. Click OK.

  3. 1. Click the Boot tab at the top of the System Configuration dialog box. 2. Place a check mark in the checkbox in front of Safe boot. 3. Click OK.

  4. 1. Click the Restart button when the next dialog box opens. 2. You will need to wait a few minutes until the process is complete. 3. Type in the password for the computer and press ENTER.

  5. NOTE:- Your computer will continue to start into Safe Mode until you do this procedure and clear the checkbox right in front of Secure start in the System Settings screen. These guidelines are offered below. Scan the computer with Virus Scan : 1. Close the Windows Help and Support dialog box that appeared after you restarted your computer in Safe Mode. 2. Left-click the Start button.
