  2. TH Reiki is an ancient healing technique which was started in Japan during the 20th century. It is the art of spiritual healing. It is based on the belief that energy flows through our body. ‘REI’ means universal life and ‘KI’ means energy. Reiki is a way to heal emotional or physical problems through gentle touch and energy transfer. It is believed that blocked energy can lead to physical and emotional imbalance in our body.
