Thermal Systems • HHV's thermal system division manufactures vacuum heat treatment furnaces, vacuum brazing furnaces, diffusion bonding hot presses, vacuum induction melting and casting furnaces, CVD/CVI and graphitization furnaces, vacuum arc re-melting furnaces and a host of customized special equipment.  • HHV’s Thermal Systems division has five decades of expertise in the design, development and manufacturing of specialized vacuum furnaces for Space, Aerospace, Astrophysics, Defence, and Metallurgy industries.

Thin Film Equipment • HHV manufacturing processes include engineering design, process automation, precision machining and fabrication, electro polishing, TIG welding, vacuum brazing, global supply chain, electro-mechanical assembly and comprehensive product testing. • For over five decades, HHV has been designing, developing and manufacturing customized thin-film deposition systems to fulfill the needs of the scientific and industrial community.

  5. Thin Films & Optics • HHV’s Thin Films and Optics division is a leading manufacturer of high precision optical components and thin film coatings. The manufacturing unit includes facilities for optical polishing, high end metrology, thin film coatings and testing capabilities. • HHV manufactures dichroic coated optics, laser filters, narrow band interference filters, hybrid micro circuits, periscope prisms, thin film heaters and infrared optics for a variety of applications in industrial, space and defence technologies.
