  2. Top Activities in Cancun - Mexico • Cancun is one of the top resorts in Mexico and is popular with all age groups. There is more to do here than lie on the beaches all day. Here are some of the best activities in Cancun.

  3. Swim with Dolphins…! • Many people come to Cancun just to swim with these beautiful sea creatures. This is something that even young children can enjoy and makes a holiday really memorable. The Aquarium is another place to see hundreds of other aquatic wildlife if water based activity is not your thing.

  4. Go Island Hopping • Just a short boat trip from Cancun is the beautiful Isla Contoy and the Isla Mujeres. With beautiful white sandy beaches these are the ideal place to go snorkelling and to relax in the sunshine. Isla Contoy is also famed for the numbers of seabirds and ideal for ornithologists.

  5. Play Golf • Cancun is renowned for its golf courses and attracts golfing enthusiasts from all around the world. One of the best is at Pok Ta Pok and is famous in the golfing world. The courses in Riviera Maya and Cancun are also known for their challenging curves which make a game here all the more interesting.

  10. Go Shopping…. • In Cancun there are some fabulous malls and shopping areas which are full of interesting designs and souvenirs. The local crafts are well worth a look and the bright colours are very distinctive. Plaza Caracol has over 200 shops and is one of the finest malls in Cancun.

  11. Visit Puerto Morelos….! If you feel like escaping the busy resort of Cancun for a day then the fishing village of Puerto Morelos is a short journey away and the ideal place to chill out. A laid back place it is really pretty and has some great fish restaurants. Cancun is full of interesting places to discover and enjoy. The only question is whether one visit to Cancun will be enough or will you have to return to see even more of this interesting resort.
