Types of University Foundation Programmes Available in UK The International Foundation Group is dedicated to providing students with choice and quality in fulfilling their dreams of studying for a UK university qualification. We offer an exciting range of programmes creating pathways to high ranking universities at undergraduate, masters and PhD level. We offer foundation programmes courses in the fields of Business, social sciences, computer science, life sciences and engineering. All courses are designed to give you sound academic background and the necessary tools to succeed at undergraduate level. Our UK campuses are in London and York. We are accredited by the Accreditation Service for International Colleges (ASIC)

Types of University Foundation Programmes Available in UK University Foundation Programmes in Business Management: In 1st Semester, focus on improving academic and language skills as well as a module which introduces students to basic statistical concepts. In 2nd Semester, main focus is on the three depth modules of business studies, accounting and economics. University Foundation Programmes in Engineering: This course provides a foundation for all main areas of engineering including civil, mechanical, electrical and electronic, chemical and petroleum. It’s specifically designed for High School students who wish to progress onto undergraduate engineering courses at UK universities. University Foundation Programmes in Social Sciences: This course is intended for students wishing to progress onto degree courses in a range of social science subjects including Law, Politics, International Relations, Economics and related subjects.

Types of University Foundation Programmes Available in UK University Foundation Programmes in Computer Sciences: This course is intended for students wishing to progress onto degree courses in a wide range of computer-related subjects including Computer Science, Business Information Technology, Computer Systems and Networking and Computer Security. University Foundation Programmes in Life Sciences: The Life Sciences Foundation Programme prepares students for a range of life science related degree courses including Biomedical Sciences, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Health & Social Care and Nutrition.

Types of University Foundation Programmes Available in UK Our foundation programme courses have excellent progression routes to high ranked universities and include individual advice on choosing the right course and university, as well as one to one assistance in all stages of the application process. All courses are taught over two semesters with a mixture of core subjects which have a focus on developing the skills required for university study and depth subjects which give students the background knowledge required for their chosen degree courses. At the end of the course, students complete a small project which consolidates the knowledge and skills which they have received during the course and makes them even more prepared for their degree level studies.
