This guarantee not only helps the Sellers / Contractors to receive advanced payments from the last term of the contract but allows the Buyers / Developers to be secure in any event of a problem arising during the transaction period. Advance Payment Guarantee Process  The seller/contractor submit their trade deal in terms of SPA contract.  BWT will study the documents given and inform the client for approval or refusal of their APG request.  Once their request is approved, we will sign the service agreement with the client. And then, we will ask them to pay the admin charges to start the work on their transaction.  Then, we will send the APG draft for their review. Once the draft is reviewed by the client, we will ask them to provide the issuance charges & further documents.  Once the issuance charges & documents are provided, we will establish the required APG from our European bank.  And this APG is issued via authenticated Swift code MT760 to the buyer’s/developer’s bank within 48 working hours.
