He is an internationally recognized personality who has led to the commercialization of cellular therapies and biotechnology firms. He has played a major role in shaping the companies in terms of investment, strategy, and clinical development.

Dr. Jack Kavanaugh: Co-Founded Novonco Therapeutics In 2014, Dr. Jack co-founded Novonco Therapeutics with Dr. Larry Overman and Dr. Dravid Horne and was handed over as the chairman of the company. During his tenure as the chairman, he flourished the organization from City Hope to U.C. Irvine and The University of Athens. Novonco is a medical company, which proposed several techniques to cancer therapeutics known as histonemethyltransferase inhibitors.

In the U.S. LAL has become very popular for the cataract surgery. Basically, these lenses are used when the eye lenses are turning blurred due to radiation, age, trauma or any other genetic factors.
