Director Foreign Nationals • Passport is required for foreign nationals as a proof of their identity. The passport must be Apostilled or Notarized in the country. The documents are in foreign language, it must be changed by an official translator to English and apostilled or notarized. If the passport does not contain date of birth of the holder. Address Proof • The proposed director must submit an address proof which is also apostilled or notarized. Residential Proof • The resident proof and address proof for identifying the directors. The proof must be provided to confirm the registered office of the company.
