  1. “Carpentry materials used in construction”

  2. Lumber- it is any wooden material sawed or split into boards timber.

  3. Nails- it is a metal that has one end pointed and one end flattened for hammering.

  4. Cement- a powdered substance which when mixed with water acts as binder of aggregate.

  5. Sand- fine gritty, substance found in the shore and dessert.

  6. Plywood- thin cross laminated sheet of wood.

  7. Steel bar- it is a mesh of steel wires used as tension device in reinforced concrete and masonry structures to strengthen and aid the base material under tension.

  8. Hallow blocks- it is used to build different types of walls for different purposes like retaining walls, decorative walls and classic walls.

  10. Pull-push rule- used for measuring distances.

  11. Claw hammer- used for driving and pulling out nails.

  12. Cross-cut-saw- tool used for cutting across the grain.

  13. Plumb Bob- used for vertical alignment.

  14. Try square- used to test the square ness of a stock.

  15. Wheelbarrow- a small usually single-wheeled vehicle that is used for carrying small loads and is fitted with handles at the rear by which it can be pushed and guided.

  16. Measuring tape- is a flexible tool used for measuring length.
