  2. Anyone may share a document with other person using iCloud and the same app. Even the other person can be invited to collaborate on the same documents without any need to open the original app directly.

  3. Ways to share a document on iPhone or iPad Open the Files app on the iPhone or iPad. Hit iCloud Drive. Press the folder. Click the desired document. Choose select at the upper right corner. Select the preferable document to be allied. Click the share icon. Press Add People in the Share Sheet. Choose your way to invite others to be allied. Type a contact. Select Send to and send the invitation.

  4. Ways to share a document on Mac Open a Finder window on the Mac. Choose iCloud Drive on the screen sidebar. Launch the folder containing document to be allied. Right or Control + click on a document to be allied. Select on Share from the drop down menu. Select on Add People. Click how you would to choose to invite other people to allied. Type a contact. Select Send to send the invitation.

  5. Ways to regulate permissions for a document in iCloud Drive It all depends on the user to allow any other user to make changes to a document, at the same time only allowing others to just view it. A user can modify or adjust the other users permissions per person or for all.

  6. Ways to adjust approval for  a document on your iPhone and iPad Open the Files app on iPhone or iPad. Press iCloud Drive. Press the folder containing the document. Press Select at the upper right corner. Select the document to be adjusted by your permission. Press the Share icon. Select Show People in the Share Sheet. Select Share Option to change the approval or permission for everybody. Select a contact to change the share approval for an individual. Select the approval or permission setting.
