    4. History of PBIS at Chiddix Starting 7th year Six Original members Took two years to function at Universal Now fully implementing at first two tiers Phase 2 of Tertiary Six Administrators & three Superintendents over seven year time period Redistricting and added 6th graders

    5. Staff Buy-In Triangle describes faculty too! Teachers also need prizes! Staff surveys give teachers a voice. Encourage and praise those using PBIS.

    6. PBIS + RtI The RtI model brought about the blending of the two initiatives Acedemics and behavior have a profound effect on each other
