Lessons Learned • Hospital visits • Attempt to reserve travel budget for check delivery & support • Initial visits: web/conference calls versus driving. • Multiple sites when possible (web or travel) • Interested? Please email Paul • Letter of Intent & GWTG contract: • Letter of Intent is quick • ~ 9 weeks to complete GWTG contract • Timeline for implementing hospitals • Hospital driven • Interested hospitals & balance across state • Stagger sites when possible (avoid lumping of sites)
