Uncheck the Mono Audio option. ○ HTC and others: ■ Turn off Boom Sound™ in settings by going to Menu > Settings > Boom Sound™. ■ You may have an audio enhancer called Beats Audio™. Try turning it on or off: ■ Click Menu > Settings > Beats Audio™. Reader or headphones must be plugged in to change this setting. ■ Alternatively you may be able to drag down the notification bar at the end of the screen and tap the slider labeled Beats Audio. 3. Disable Bluetooth on your device. The QuickBooks card reader uses your audio jack and Bluetooth needs to be off for the audio jack to transmit. 4. Make sure your GoPayment app is up to date. Check for updates or, if problems persist, install a new version from the Google Play Store. 5. A memory or caching issue may exist. Clear your cookies, history and cache: Go to Browser or Internet and tap Menu > More > Settings (or Menu > Settings > Privacy and Security) and then tap clear cookies, history and cache. 6. If you haven’t already, try restarting your phone or tablet.

Check for pending updates or problems persist, install a new version by clicking App Store on your device or by going to the Apple App Store. 4. A memory or caching issue may exist.
