Client Overview: Industry: Selling Products Objective: The client, selling products on Kaufland, wants to manage their orders, ticket support, and increase their sales ratio on Kaufland. They also wish to manage orders through Amazon. In short, they need an experienced virtual assistant with expertise in dropshipping on both Kaufland and Amazon. Challenges: 1. 2. Customer Support: Around 20-25 support tickets are opened daily, addressing issues such as returns, delivery problems, and tracking details. 3. Time Constraints: The client is struggling to manage these tasks, as it requires 7-8 hours of daily effort. 4. Amazon Expertise: The client requires an Amazon expert who can easily communicate and generate tickets for refunds, lost products, and delivery tracking issues. Order Volume: The client is receiving over 50 orders daily on Kaufland. To address these challenges, the client is seeking an experienced virtual assistant who can efficiently manage order fulfilment, customer support, and Amazon-related tasks, reducing the time spent on these activities.

Here’s how we assisted the client: 1. Amazon Account Management: To prevent Amazon from blocking accounts due to order volume, we created over 20 Amazon accounts. Using only 4-5 accounts for placing orders would have led to account blocks, so we provided a solution to manage multiple accounts without disruption, ensuring smooth order placement. 2. Shipping Tracking: Since Amazon does not provide direct shipping numbers, we used a tool to extract shipping codes instantly. These tracking numbers were then sent to Kaufland, allowing customers to easily track their shipments. 3. Order Tracking & ROI Analysis: We used a tool to track both Amazon and Kaufland orders, comparing prices and analysing the return on investment (ROI) for each product.

  3. 4. Order Fulfilment & Ticket Resolution: On a daily basis, we helped fulfil over 50 client orders and resolved support tickets raised by customers on Kaufland. 5. Refunds & Lost Orders: In cases where Amazon orders were lost or not received, we contacted the support team for refunds. In short, using 4-5 tools and some manual work, we efficiently handled 50+ orders daily, resolved tickets, and ensured smooth operation for the client. Results: In result when we start, orders are receiving 40-50, now daily basis order getting is more than 70. Also, all product fulfilled on timely basis and solved all ticket daily basis because of this custom satisfaction rate and shipping performance increased.
