  3. Benefits 2 Bargaining Objectives From The Board of Directors Scoping Process Recognize economic conditions in Anchorage and State Maintain a competent workforce

  4. Anticipated Costs 3 Consolidated four year impact for the Generation, Outside Plant, Office and Engineering, and Culinary bargaining units: $2.7 to 2.9 million (includes negotiated increases in wages, pension, and shared health and welfare increases) Average Annual Increase to Base Rates 0.4%
