New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development –Return-to-Work Employer Program Eligibility • Employment opportunity must be full-time (32 hours a week to a maximum of 40 subsidized hours) • Willing to pay at least $15 per hour • Wage subsidy to assist with extraordinary costs of training new worker • Must keep the employee on the payroll for an additional 12 weeks after the 12 weeks of subsidized employment ends • The subsidy is for a maximum of $200 a week per employee (40 hours max per week)
