  1. Joan Dispenza - Hard Work Pays Joan Dispenza has always been a highly motivated and determined individual. In her career, she has required no outside motivation to achieve and surpass her goals. As a longtime healthcare professional, she rose through the ranks through hard work and dedication. Joan Dispenza started as a nurse, moved on to become nurse manager, director of nursing, and finally to running a free standing surgery center.

  2. Joan Dispenza - Professional Memberships Joan Dispenza worked in the healthcare profession for more than 30 years, and from the onset proved to be an asset to the medical community. Her ability to consistently deliver excellent results to her colleagues, teams and organization was an inspiration to many, and opened doors for her to become a member of numerous professional organizations. In her career, she was an associate member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, American Organization of Nurse Executives, the National Association for Female Executives, and the Western New York Health Care Executive Forum.

Joan Dispenza - D’Youville College Alumni Joan Dispenza is a former student of D’Youville College, an institution recognized for its rich history of helping bright young minds achieve their academic potential. While at the institution, she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and a Master of Science degree in Community Health Administration. In her time, Joan was also a member of the Honor Society for the Sigma Theta Tau Zeta Nu Chapter.
