Blind materials Aluminium slats : 120mmS shaped with rolled profile and integrated grey Keder for light blockout*, (*kpa dependent) degreased and chromated, two sided similtaneously structured high UV stability characteristics, wet roller and oven cured at 200 degree celsius colour coating. Width of slat : 120mm, slat with a cover of 107mm Head box : Extruded aluminium 56 x 58 mm, 10um clear anodised with sound suppression engagement channels Pelmet (optional) : Engineered extruded aluminium, 25um clear anodised, self supporting to 5+ metre with isolating rubber head rail top hat & bottom motor vibration/noise suppression twist snap mount & secured by 316 stainless M10x40 grub screws & nuts Pelmet slat cover : Extruded aluminium with engagement profile into pelmet, 25um clear (optional) anodised, removeable independently of pelmet and head box Bottom rail : Engineered extruded section aluminium, 25um clear anodised complete with 316 stainless steel manufactured end caps & 6mm stem drop forged guide pins & securing M10x40 grub screws & nuts Lifting system : Technically superior 8mm Texband, especially coated fabric, protected against abrasion, UV light and rot, via punched and drawn slot in slat, in slate grey or black Slat support system : Advanced 107mm Hagofix spigot tape with stainless steel hook connector technology. Woven grey polyester tape with double aramid reinforcement, UV resistant synthetic connecting element with exact fold points for perfect slat closure. Mechanically injected slat stainless steel hooks rated to 20daN. Lateral guides : Zamac pins (zinc with alloys of aluminium, magnesium and copper) riveted to alternate slats engaged with 40mmx80mm, extruded aluminium side guides, 25um clear anodised , with plastic side inserts to reduce noise.
