  3. What is Turmeric • Yellow looking spice/herb, commonly found in Asia • Has a number of curing properties when used topically. • Also called Queen of spices • Also know with other name, Curcuma Longa • Main characteristic is pepper like aroma and golden color

  5. Home Remedies of Tumeric Joint Pains • Wash and peel turmeric root and ginger root • Heat water and pour both in it. • Put to boil and then simmer for 5-10 mins • Add raw honey • Drink occasionaly

  6. Home Remedies of Tumeric Teeth Whitening • Wet a toothbrush with water. • Dip in 1/8 teaspoon Turmeric powder. • Brush teeth as normal. • Instead of rinsing when you’re done, allow turmeric to sit for 3-5 minutes • Enjoy white teeth.
