One of the key matters at hand for the meeting was the changes in personnel that we have been   1

We are pleased to announce the following personnel changes and appointments: Mr. Ronald Sterling, one of our leading Senior Representatives, has been promoted to the position of Director of Client Relations and Institutional Accounts. Mr. Sterling was one of the original employees at Paragon International Toronto and has been a key factor in the tremendous growth that the firm has seen over the past number of years. We are confident that the transition from Senior Rep to his new Executive position will be as smooth as can be. Furthermore, we are positive that having Mr. Sterling in this position will have phenomenally positive results on our bottom line within the next six months. Ronald has been involved in the Fancy Coloured Diamond Markets for over 45 years, his experience is exceptionally valuable to the company and we couldn't be more pleased with his promotion. As well, Paragon International Toronto has hired two new Senior Representatives. Mr. William Huveluk has been promoted to Junior Representative from our marketing department and Mr. Chris Patterson, a new applicant, has been hired as a Senior Account Representative. Mr. Patterson has many years of experience in both the coloured diamond markets and the equity markets. The depth of his experience will ensure that he has great success as a Sr. Rep for Paragon.
