  1. Jorge Gutman: Extensive International Experience Jorge Gutman is a respected construction professional and entrepreneur who has been a State of Florida Licensed General Contractor since 1987. He specializes in high-end finishes for residential and commercial construction projects, and he serves as the Project Executive of Winmar Construction. Developer Gutman has lived in Florida since age two, when his family moved to the state to escape communism in Cuba, and he has spent his life in Miami. He graduated from Miami Beach High School in 1981, and he received an Associate of Arts

  2. degree that same year from Miami Dade College. He then received his Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Florida International University in 1986 before launching his career in the field. Today, he has extensive experience working in several countries around the globe, often with famous architects.
