Various industry reports estimate that the global print and packaging industry is set to increase in value significantly in the near future. With increasing worldwide competition, there is a corresponding rise in demand for better quality in production. According to a report by Smithers-Pira on the global printing industry, the industry is set to reach a worth of around $980 billion by 2018. Eltex Electrostatic Printing Assist Eltex electrostatic printing assist (or ESA) is manufactured by Eltex Elektrostatik GmbH, Germany and provided in India by Valence Electrons, an A.T.E. group company. This advanced device is designed with a plate-type capacitor which generates a uniform electrostatic field between the two plates that causes the dielectric material to be pulled to one side. This device is best-suited for uniform and precise ink transfer on any printing surface

  5. 3. Ink Tanks The Valflow ink tanks from Valence Electrons Private Limited, a part of A.T.E. Group is designed to ensure efficient circulation of ink. These round shape of these tanks eliminates dead spots in corners where heavier material can get accumulated over time and cause problems with colour and viscosity of the ink, thus guaranteeing improved ink circulation.

  6. 4. Ink flow pumps Valflow® centrifugal pumps are designed and developed by Valence Electrons Private Limited, a part of A.T.E. Group. This system is designed using the technology from Graymills Corporation, USA. This advanced ink flow solution comes with a unique QD (Quick Dismount) feature which ensures faster changeovers during operation. The effective QD system requires no tool and has no loose parts that separate the pump from the motor.
