Steps for Offer Process: 1.Enter your Personal Details, including your Name, Contact Details and Gender. 2.Under the section Check Type & Purpose of the Check, select the checkbox “I am a transportation industry worker.” 3.Pay for the police check ($41.50 for a Standard Employment Police Check). 4.Provide your Birth Details, Previous Names (if any), Current & Previous Residential Addresses for the last 5 years. Scan or take a photo of the four ID Documents along with a self-captured photo to support your application. Click here for a complete guide. Provide your consent by electronically signing the form, review and submit your details. 5.A team member will verify your application details and documents within 24 business hours, and you will receive a text message and email notification if you have been approved for your money back. If approved, 25% of the payment will be refunded to the same bank account the purchase was made from. If disapproved, the applicant will be notified via text message and email and your police check will be processed. 6.The police check is lodged into the checking system immediately after verification and certificates are issued within 1-2 business days.
