How To Prepare Fish Fingers Fry INGREDIENTS Vanjaram Fish fingers Turmeric powder: 1/4 tbsp Chilli powder: 1 tbsp Cumin powder: 1/2 tbsp Coriander powder: 1/2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste: 1 tbsp Lemon juice: 1/2 Egg: 1 All purpose flour: 1 tbsp Salt: As required Pepper powder: 1 tbsp bread crumbs oil for frying METHOD OF COOKING: You can get fresh Vanjaram Fish fingers from online without bone. In order to season add masala pinch turmeric powder, 1 tbsp chilli powder, 1/2 tbsp cumin powder, 1/2 tbsp coriander powder, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 egg, 1/2 lemon juice, 1 tbsp all purpose flour, pepper powder, salt and mix well.
