  2. If you notice blood in your gums when you floss, it is likely due to bacteria buildup along the gum line. It is the earlier stage of periodontics and be sure to visit a dentist right away. BLEEDING GUMS

  3. The infected gum tissue will lead to loss of gum and the affected tooth begins to feel loose or may even move to a different position. This is an alarming sign of gum disease that needs immediate medical help to reduce the risk of losing tooth. TOOTH LOOSENESS

  4. Bad breath or halitosis is another sign of gum disease. Persistent bad breath is usually caused by the smelly gases released by the bacteria that coat your teeth and gum. BAD BREATH

  5. It occurs when bacteria in the mouth causes an infection in the space between the teeth and the gums. It is a thick fluid accumulates and makes the gum to appear swollen or red. AN ABSCESS
