  1. Garlic and Onions  Mexican food is a melting bank of cuisines. It started with Mexico’s native foods and savors and ultimately took on culinary impacts from Spain, Europe, India, and China. 

  2. Chile Peppers  There are many kinds of chiles, such as the tangy jalapeno, the fragrant ancho, and the vibrant serrano.   

  3. Corn- Mexican Food It is generally dried and powdered to form a dough called “masa” and is used to produce tamales, tortillas, drinks, and soups.  

  4. Garlic and Onions  Onions are seen in many Mexican recipes, often in coexistence with garlic. It’s often used fresh, though you’ll find that onion powder is also advantageous.
