I have unfortunately spent the lion’s share of my life there, a city designed primarily around the bankers that facilitated its growth in the early 80s. • And I can say from firsthand experience that bankers are pretty boring people. High School • I went to South Mecklenburg in my hometown for high school. South is notable for the following during my four years: • Winning 5 football games. Out of nearly 50. • And that was with All-American C.J. Leak. • Three classroom trailers and four school buses were burned to the ground. • The arsonists were caught on surveillance buying gasoline and matches at the grocery store next door. • Oh, and I was valedictorian. Freshman Year • I spent my first year of college at UNC in Lewis Hall, the best hall out there. • LEWIS 4 LYFE and whatnot McKelvey, Bryan
Recent History • The last school year I spent entirely in Japan, in the city of Nagoya. McKelvey, Bryan
In Nagoya • I attended Nanzan University from Monday to Friday. • And the weekdays were spent going to karaoke... • ...and playing DnD! McKelvey, Bryan

Something Really Important That I Missed Because I Was Out of the Country • I skipped class to listen to it on the radio, but I can’t believe I missed my school win the national basketball championship. McKelvey, Bryan
