When we make a choice we usually evaluate the pros and cons associated with each alternative under consideration then take the decision. All DM can be considered under 3 heads. • Decision taken under the conditions of certainty • Decisions under risk conditions • Decisions under the conditions of un-certainty

Practical : It tests one’s decision making ability and speed using limited input. • Calculation is an intensive portion • To crack this question is to quickly identify the key pieces of data. • Question with large amount of data is probably the easy one. • To test a students presence of mind.

  25. DATA SUFFICIENCY • In the form of logical puzzle • Question followed by 2 statements. • Need to answer whether we can solve the problem using the statements. Practical: To test the knowledge of candidates while solving the problem by available least date.
