13. Getting started on WOW Well Organized Ward is the module following KHWD
WOW board on display to solicit staff input regarding:
Locations on unit that need reorganization
Nursing process that need reevaluation
Ideas for improvement
Volunteers to help!

Chose 3 simple yet high impact areas for staff to have final vote on which area to “WOW” first

However, some staff not taking initiative to attend staff meetings or read boards

RT2C is a very large project and time intensive-some staff having trouble grasping concept
