Michelin-star trained chef Jevgenija Saromova has worked in top restaurants in Italy, France, and England before starting her journey to Woodstock, Vermont. With only one chef working in one kitchen, each meal is prepared artfully and executed precisely as Chef Jevgenija Saromova envisions it.
