If you are you planning to lease your property then here are few tips to stage your home on budget:  Clean the kitchen and accessorize it with a hand towel, matching rug and cookbook.  Make sure that the bathrooms are spotlessly clean. Take care of the repairs and hang a shower curtain.  Tidy up your yard and do some landscaping so that it doesn’t look unkempt.
