  2. Manual Setup Guide for Wavlink AX1800 Extender Position the extender within the range of your router’s signal but not too far away. Plug it into a power outlet and wait for the LED lights to stabilize. On your device (laptop, smartphone, tablet), navigate to the list of available Wi-Fi networks and connect to the “Wavlink-XXXX” network. The “XXXX” represents the last four characters of your extender’s MAC address. In a web browser, type “http://ap.setup" or “http://192.168.10.1" in the address bar. If prompted, enter the default login credentials. Follow the on-screen instructions to select your existing Wi-Fi network and provide the password. The extender will configure itself to extend your network.
