Readiness Advisor Objectives Metric Development Phase Deliverable Metric Landscape Metric Map Metric Verification Report Metric Definition and Verification Approach Due April 15, 2007 To Date 114 metrics identified 10 TPTF approved ~ 30+ ready for TPTF review ~ 60+ various stages of ERCOT preparation and approval Immediate Objective Gain TPTF approval for all 114 metric definitions and verification approaches Review the 30+ metrics with TPTF March 22, 2007 Expedite completion and approvals for the 60+ metrics in-house ERCOT for TPTF review & approval Need to focus on Metric Verification Report ~ more specifically the Metric Definitions and Metric Verification Approach write-ups.
