  16. New Water Phantom@CERN Now we are preparing in ideas2 @CERN a GEMPix water phantom with its own ionization chamber completely independent and fully automatized for a 3D deep scan. Next test at CERN calibration hall and at CNAO F.Murtas MPGD 2017 Philadelphia

  17. GEMPix for Radiotherapy GEMPix detector (8cm2 GEM detector read by 55x55mm pixels, 262 000 channels ) - 2D measurements of energy released in IMRT (Policlinico Tor Vergata Roma) 6 MeV gamma 6 MeV gamma GEMpix, 1 min Gaffilm 10 min IntensityModulatedRadiationTherapy (IMRT) F. Murtas , G. Claps, D. 20. Soft-X ray imaging on KSTAR tokamak (South Korea) frame 5 frame 6 Pin-hole camera with GEMpix HV gain 980 V Acquisition mode: counting 20 frames Time with 10 ms frame 7 frame 8 A frame every 700 msabout A dead time of about 700 ms is observed between two consecutive frames. Observed contrast from the plasma center

  21. GEMpix at ECLIPSE (France) laser pulses: • laser wavelength = 800 nm • Cu - 170mJ at 100 kHz, τ = 39 fs • Ni, Fe, 175 mJ @ 100 kHz, τ = 39 fs • Focal spot 10 um (at target) Experimetela set-up with CCD and GEMpix Cu Ti Ni Fe 100 mm diameter 1 mm thick 5 cm

  22. Copper target: threshold scan @ 900 V gain Al 10 um no filter Al 40 um no filter Al 20 um Cu 30 um The threshold scan has been realized at a gain of 900 V.
