  1. RR Mail is not Receiving emails with iphone

  2. 1-Check the username and password entered are correct or not.

  3. Check the folders other than the inbox. May be mails are directing towards spam or other folders due to filter settings.

  4. Recheck the incoming and outgoing server names. For incoming it is, pop-server.roadrunner.com and for outgoing server, it is , smtp-server.roadrunner.com.

  5. If this does not solves the issue, in the advanced settings, check the port numbers. Outgoing port number is 110 and incoming server port number is 25. Try to access mails again.

  6. If the problem persists, check the SSL connection option checked to "enabled ".

  7. Again try login and accessing the mails.
