Together with her husband’s constant motivation, CEO Loren Ridinger generated over $5.5 billion in accumulated sales. Their key values have been evolving around creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship.

Motives Cosmetics has been featured in numerous well-known publications, such as InStyle, People Style Watch, Lucky, Vogue, and Allure, but what was the foundation of Motives? • As a child, Loren Ridinger was inspired by beautiful women and was amazed by the art created by using cosmetics. She grew up looking up to her mother and always felt her mother was glamorous and had passion for beauty as well.
