  3. Firstly, double-click on the McAfee Protect symbol in the windows system to start the application.

  5. Click on the Firewall program on the top and then click Configurations when it is the right time.

  6. Click on Web & Email Protection under the Features option.

  7. Now, select the Internet Connections for Programs button on the Firewall screen.

  8. Now, Add or Edit CTI Navigator and CTI Update Manager to get full access or control.

  9. Make sure that it is not Outbound-Only Access.

  10. Turn-off Net Guard only when connection problems remain using the CTI Navigator.
