  5. EXTERIOR WATERPROOFING • This involves removing the soil from around the home to the foundation footing. Walls and cracks are exposed allowing them to be repaired . • When that is completed a waterproofing barrier such as Bakor Blueskin or another approved waterproof membrane is installed  and sealed.

  6. WALL BRACING AND REPAIRS Regina is smack dab on top of some nasty clay material that is not best suited for structural foundation building.
