We grow several Italian varieties on the Ranch including Frantoio, Leccino, Pendolino, Moraiolo, Maurino, Coratina, and Leccio del Corno. In some instances, our olive trees are interspersed with rows of grapevines for maximum utilization of the soil. We prune the olive canopies deeper in these blocks resulting in fruit that is more flavorful.
