FIA officials brutally tortured innocent and snatched 200 Bitcoins of worth 4 billion rupees

10. As This case was built up that Hafiz Muhammad has himself paid amount as bribe to officials supposedly. Then case proved that Farman Ayaz and Ehtesham Matloob, Changed the passwords and Removed the Access of Hafiz Muhammad to his own Accounts and took full control and possession. It Came out to light that CTW Officials Farman Ayaz and Ehtesham Matloob not only corrupt but also dishonest, cunning and fraudulent.

14. According to the prosecution Challan, Cyber analysis prove that Farman Ayaz and Ehtesham Matloob Used HP Notebook Laptop and Samsung Galaxy A 31 Mobile Hotspot internet having IMEI 356330111523330 with Sim # 923115014455 (ownership by Ehtisham Matloob). It is proved that Farman Ayaz and Ehtesham Matloob has accessed Email address Pakpost20@yahoo.com (belongs to Hafiz Asghar) on August 18, 2021 and removed Hafiz Muhammad’srecovery email address Admin@raxcard.com and also his Recovery Mobile Number 923029023650 and added their own Email Sanjuubaba420@gmail.com According to the Challan, it is evident that HD Farman Ayaz and HC Ahtasham Matloob were performing illegal activities such as changing passwords, adding new Emails Sanjuubaba420@gmail.com to get hold on the cryptocurrency wallets for their own use at later stage.

15. The purpose of changing the passwords and recovery email accounts was to get complete hold/ possession of cryptocurrency wallets containing 54.7 Bitcoin, 104 Ethereum and 29 Bitcoin Cash (equal to amount 488 million PKR) It is proved from the Technical Report that HD Farman Ayaz and HC Ahtasham Matloob has successfully changed the passwords and add their own recovery options and completely removed Hafiz Muhammad’s Recovery Email and Phone Numbers. * According to the Challan, Farman Ayaz, Ehtesham Matloob and SI Ali Raza Threatened to Accused Hafiz Muhammad (but actually beaten inhumanely). * It is evident that Hafiz Muhammad was assaulted and beaten severely, mul?ple ?mes ?ll the passwords snatched forcefully. * Definitely, it is not described in challan as Worsley treated actually. * If the Accused Hafiz Muhammad, himself agreed and paid the amount of Bribe then what is the reason of this mental torture and physical violence by the CTW Officials.

17. Snatched Cryptocurrency by Physical Torture Consistent brutal torture forced innocent citizen to utter passwords of his email and blockchain accounts. The raid and the terrorism case were just to snatch cryptocurrency of worth 4 billion rupees. As per plan, CTW snatched passwords and cryptocurrency stolen in such a way that no mark left behind to proof. Page 6, Technical Report, available in Challan

18. Threatened & Brutal torture due to Complaint As the heist come out on surface, Mr. Ali Raza brutally tortured and threatened only due to this complaint. CTW never listened complaint of Hafiz Muhamamd even harassed him if he talked about it. Official wanted him to conceal and not to speak on this topic. He and his family suffered a lot already, and risking his life and facing dire consequences due to this complaint. He is pressurized, not to register nor involve in any complaint against CTW official Page 3, Enquiry 34/2021, Special Report and Page 11 of Challan Inhuman Physical Torture and Abuse As Hafiz Muhammad had got detention, Inhuman treatment and punishment causes intense physical or mental suffering by the CTW officials He was given serious physical assault or psychological abuse every day by Sub inspector Ali Raza, Head Constable Farman Ayaz and HC Ehtesham Matloob. The Above-named officials beaten up brutely every day and night without any reason just to buildup pressure. They threatened him for life lost and treating him as dangerous terrorist and forcing him to show cryptocurrency Passwords. He was being stripped naked, beaten by extremely hard, forcing me to utter passwords. On 22 August 2021, same extremely humiliating and undignified punishment happened to snatch passwords. Muhammad Qasim (co-accused of his case) is witness of this all. He was on remand. Officials have forcefully taken his passwords and stolen his cryptocurrency, worth rupees 4 billion.

19. User Name (Email) + Password Changed - Blockchain Wallet  Blockchain wallets with cryptocurrency in all of them. All accounts were stolen, User Name (Email) and passwords have been changed. Without the valid email, system do not proceed to the next step. Hafiz Muhammad Had 10 See proof page 15 of technical report. 5 blockchain wallets were luckily recovered by technical expert Waqas Zamurd. These were seized by CTW with all available cryptocurrency of worth (488 million PKR) value at that ?me. 5 Blockchain wallets could not be recovered due to less informa?on available. These 5 wallets contain 57 Bitcoins of worth 1.5 billion Rupees (today’s value) Proof of stolen accounts are available on the page 4 of Forensic Report
