  1. GENERAL OFFICER parking - located at ARPC NE ENTRANCE. Please make a U-turn at end of road and park along side of road , *parallel to sidewalk. (Park between yellow cones.) N ARPC Parking at BLDG 444 From Hotels COLONEL AND BELOW PARKING- At checkpoint, immediately turn right into parking lot. At the end of the parking row, turn left. Park along sidewalk on right. Look for VIP parking signs. For additional parking, turn right at stop sign and park right after motorcycle parking on the right.
