Customer Profile • Anybody who is looking for minor repair and parts for their vehicles. • The “Do it Yourselfer” store • Our customer profile fits the 20 to 50 year old age group.

Basic Supply Chain Process • Headquarters in Memphis directs logistics transfer of products to each regional Hub store. • The Hub store is responsible for supplying local AutoZone inventories. • The customer is able to make purchases at any AutoZone because of this process.
Transportation • Supply Truck arrives once a week to refill inventory at local stores • Smaller transportation trucks run daily from store to store for small customer needs
In-bound Logistics • Once the inventory arrives at the store, AutoZone employees unload and monitor inventory
