Slide 2:Letterboxes

Poly-Tek® Letterboxes are a proven and popular product within the project home builder sector. Imagine offering your clients a brick & render style letterbox but without requiring a bricklayer or renderer, not having the hassle of ordering the mail inserts and not having to deal with site damage or lost or stolen bricks. Poly-Tek® Letterboxes are your convenient and cost effective solution and site supervisors love them! Comprising of a lightweight core and pre coated ‘in house’ with a render style finish the letterbox also comes complete with a pre inserted RHS post system and a brushed silver fully enclosed and lockable mail insert. The insert is Australia Post complaint and accommodates A4 envelopes lying flat. 2 keys are also supplied with each letterbox. Installation is suitable for either a Poly-Tek® trade professional (installation region includes Brisbane metro, Gold Coast & Sunshine Coast) or a D.I.Y installation as the process is a simple one. All that is required after installation is for the letterbox to be painted with any outdoor acrylic paint. From a builders perspective this is usually done when you have your painter on site carrying out final ‘touch ups’.

Slide 3:Letterboxes

Poly-Tek® Letterboxes also serve as an economical means of adding value to existing home renovations and whilst they are a render finish they also look great with brick or timber homes. Whilst we are only able to offer an installation option in the areas listed above we are in a position to ship nationwide. Slide 4:Fence – Std Continuous

The Poly-Tek® Continuous Fence system offers buyers an affordable and attractive alternative to expensive traditional masonary block wall fencing. Comprising of a high density EPS core and sandwiched between 2 x 4.5mm FC (Fibre Cement) sheets which are ‘in house’ coated in a pre rendered finish the Poly-Tek Continuous Fence offers superior strength and modern aesthetics. Due to the ‘in house’ coating process continuity of the render finish is achieved and the surface membrane of the finish will ensure you won’t experience the unsightly cracks that almost certainly appear with a block wall fence.

Slide 5:Fence – Std Continuous

Installation time frames and huge cost savings are the stand out advantages of the Poly-Tek® Continuous Fence system as required labour is minimised. There is no need for bricklayers, renderers or expensive and time consuming strip footings. Installation is a breeze whether it be carried out by one of our trade professionals or for the D.I.Y consumer. The hardest step in the installation process is the positioning of the posts, if you can do this you can certainly easily handle the rest. Once installed, all that is required is painting and any outdoor acrylic paint is suitable for this. The fence thickness is 100mm and each standard panel is supplied at 2.4m long and is cut back on site if necessary. Cut outs for mailboxes or electrical boxes can also be easily accommodated when on site.

Slide 6: Fence – Std Continuous

The Poly-Tek® Continuous Fence is supplied as a standard height of 1800mm (made up of 3 x 600mm panels) however for residential projects whereby you wish to incorporate an insert style of some description a 600mm or 1200mm high fence may be more suitable. On roadside style projects multiple panels of 600mm or 1200mm in height would prove more appropriate. Heights can be attained in increments of 600 or 1200 panels only. Poly-Tek® Continuous fencing comes with an Engineer certified post system and carries a 5 year warranty. The EPS core of the Poly-Tek® Continuous Fence provides superior acoustic properties particularly on an 1800 high fence presenting significant resistance to airborne sounds.

Slide 7: Fence – With Insert Option

In instances where an 1800 fence may be too high such as a front boundary another option is a Poly-Tek® Fence at either 600H or 1200H and the incorporation of inserts. With this fence style we customise the piers to allow you to affix any insert type of choice – for example, timber slats, powder coat inserts, iron or lattice. The images above show a fence comprising of a 600 high panel prior to the timber slats being affixed and upon completion.

Poly-Tek® is very excited to offer their new, environmentally friendly, cost effective and innovative External Cladding system. Comprising of a high density EPS insulation core and reinforced on the finished side with 4.5mm FC (Fibre Cement) sheet and on the fixing side with 4mm Structural Bracing Ply maintaining structural integrity and being resistant to warping or buckling. Poly-Tek® Enviro Panels come with an Engineered Certified and BCA compliant installation system and achieve impressive ‘R’ ratings (high thermal insulation) helping achieve 5 star energy ratings whilst ensuring reduced cooling and heating costs for the products entire lifetime.

Slide 9: Unlike many External Panel systems Poly-Tek®’s Enviro Panels are supplied pre finished with a render style coating and, once installed, only require painting. The panels provide great acoustic properties by presenting significant resistance to airborne sounds. Poly-Tek® Enviro Panels offer an impressive size range which can be used either vertically or horizontally giving a clean shadowline appearance with fast and easy installation. Available sizes: Lengths of 2400, 2700 and 3000, Widths of 600, 900 & 1200, Thicknesses of 50, 75 & 100. Within the Enviro Panels range there is a product for every application be it residential, commercial or rural & farming.

Slide 10:Poly-Tek Sun Hoods

Poly-Tek® Sun Hoods are an economical way of providing over window shading or to improve and modernize the overall aesthetics of your project. They greatly assist in helping builders to achieve vital energy ratings and are a logical choice of manufacture in comparison to a blue board or steel construction method. Like our other building products Poly-Tek® Sun Hoods are pre rendered ‘in house’ saving crucial time on site by not having to render.

Slide 11:Poly-Tek Sun Hoods

Our Sun Hoods all feature a drip mould for water run off and are available in standard sizes as follows: SH1000 450w x 125 sloping to 100 SH1001 450w x 160 sloping to 150 SH1002 600w x 125 sloping to 100 SH1003 600w x 160 sloping to 150 Lengths of up to 3m can be achieved and longer lengths are possible however will involve a join line. Non Standard Sun Hoods are available upon request but minimum volumes may apply.

Slide 12:Architectural Mouldings

Poly-Tek® offer an extensive range of moulding designs and (minimum volume dependant) can customize designs to suit your needs. Poly-Tek® Architectural Mouldings comprise of a ‘high density’ fire retardant polystyrene core sprayed with a ‘high impact’ hard coat Polyurethane/sand coating. Our completed product replicates a ‘rendered style’ finish which can simply be painted over with any outdoor acrylic paint.

Poly-Tek® Architectural Mouldings provide you with a product of superior strength and durability against the elements and are infinitely stronger than comparable cementuous finished mouldings. All Mouldings are supplied in 2.5 metre lengths and contain no ozone depleting C.F.C’s Poly-Tek® Mouldings compliment all styles of houses and make for an easy ‘do it yourself’ installation, (instructions available upon request).
